Slow-braised beef shin ragout served with hand made pappardelle pasta

What’s Included Method

Beef ragout
Pappardelle pasta
Parmesan 
Parsley 

Heat a large pan of water to a simmer and place sealed bag of ragout into it; cook for 10-12 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, drain and drizzle with good olive oil

Empty the beef ragout and mix through the pappardelle

Top the dish with parmesan and parsley
