Prawn Linguine


Tarrgon butter, cherry tomatoes and green beans

What’s Included Method

Prawns in white wine, chilli and caper sauce
Fresh linguine
Tarragon butter
Green beans & cherry tomatoes

Remove pasta from pack and cook in boiling salted water for 2-3 mins, or until pasta is cooked al dente.

Strain pasta and mix a small amount of olive oil to prevent from sticking together

Heat a bit of olive oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Add green beans and cherry tomatoes, cook for 30 seconds, and then add the prawn sauce

Turn down to low heat, add the tarragon butter and cook until butter is fully incorporated into sauce

Remove from heat and mix pasta with sauce. Serve immediately
