Roast Lamb Meal Kit


2 courses. Slow-roasted lamb shoulder, crispy roast potatoes, roast root vegetables, gravy and to finish… chocolate pudding – Serves 4-5

What’s Included Method

Roasted Lamb shoulder
Roast potatoes
Roasted vegetables
Chocolate pudding
Peanut butter Chantill

Roast Lamb Shoulder
Heat oven to 180c and place the lamb in a roasting tray and cover with foil.  Heat for approx 40 minutes or until thoroughly hot.  Pull lamb apart and dress with gremolata

Simmer water in a pot and place the sealed bag of gravy for 10 minutes to heat through.

Roast Vegetables
Remove the lid from the vegetables and place in 180c oven for around 30-35 mins or until the potatoes are browned and crispy

Chocolate Pudding
Remove the lid from the pudding and cook in 180c oven for approx. 30 mins or until heated through.  Serve with peanut butter Chantilly
