Southern Fried Chicken Burger Kit


Southern fried chicken burger with maple chilli hot sauce, mayo, pickles, cheese, lettuce and ready to bake chips!

What’s Included Method

Marinated chicken breast
Brioche bun
Chicken seasoning
Cos lettuce
Maple chilli hot sauce
Pickled cucumbers
Burger cheese
Double cooked chips

Remove the chicken from the bag and coat in the chicken seasoning mix. Leave this for at least an hour to get sticky

Heat a frying pan on medium and pour in a liberal amount of neutral cooking oil. Fry the chicken in the oil until dark brown and firm to the touch, about 4 minutes each side. If the chicken is becoming too dark, turn the heat down or remove the chicken from the pan and place in an oven to finish cooking. The final internal temperature of the chicken breast should read between 70-75c

Place the chips on a baking tray, sprinkle with a little oil and salt and bake at 180c for 10 minutes until hot and crispy
