Preheat oven to 180C
Roast the brisket for 25-30 mins. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 mins in the foil. Remove from foil, slice and serve
Heat a 10inch non-stick oven-proof fry pan over a low heat. Add a little neutral cooking oil, example canola oil.
Mix slaw with dressing and season with salt and pepper
Slice dill pickles
