Miso Salmon & Yuzu Wok Vegetables


Miso Atlantic salmon, steamed in paper and served with wok tossed vegetables, sesame, yuzu and pink ginger dressing and puffed black rice

What’s Included Method
Pickled shiitake mushrooms
Stir fry vegetable mix
Yuzu sesame stir fry sauce
Wild rice crumb
Sliced spring onions

Place the salmon parcels on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180c for 10-12 minutes.

Heat a wok or frying pan, add a little oil and the vegetable mix and the pickled shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add the yuzu sesame dressing and stir fry for a further 1 minute.

Remove from the pan and portion onto the plate.

Once the salmon is done, either place the parcel on the plate or remove the salmon from the parcel.

Sprinkle over the rice crumb and spring onion tops.
