A healthy and delicious Japanese ramen complete with Asian pork belly, house made ramen broth, noodles, Asian vegetables, nori, egg, marinated shiitake and house chilli garlic sauce

What’s Included Method

Marinated pork belly 
Ramen broth
Cooked noodles
Bok Choy
Shredded Carrot
Pickled shitake
Spring onions
Nori seaweed
Garlic chilli sauce

Heat a pot of water and bring to a simmer. Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes. Remove the eggs, transfer to cold water to cool then peel. Keep the hot water in the pot!

Using the hot water in the pot, heat the pork in its bag for 8-10 minutes. Remove, but leave in the bag to keep warm. Keep the water in the pot

Using the same simmering water, poach the bok choy for 3 minutes

Remove the ramen broth from the bag and pour into a saucepan and heat until boiling; keep simmering for 2 minutes to ensure piping hot.

To serve, place the noodles, pork and bok choy in a bowl and pour over the hot broth. Top with remaining ingredients and enjoy!
