Yes we do. Just place your order before 12pm and most meals can be delivered the next day. Check our online menu for any longer lead times on certain products
Our order system will ask you to select a time for delivery. However, with the number of deliveries each day and our next day delivery policy, we cannot guarantee a delivery time, but can assure you that your meals will arrive between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on your chosen day.
For all orders over $75, our delivery fee is $10 if you are located within 20km of the CBD. If you live further out, we can still deliver to you for a flat rate of $20

Everyday Favourites & Sides
All meals arrive frozen (except for salads and roast vegetables) and will last up to 6 months in the freezer. Meals can be defrosted overnight in the fridge and once defrosted will last up to 6 days (vacuum-packed) and up to 3 days (foil trays).
All DIY Meal Kits arrive vacuum-packed and fresh, lasting up to 3 days in the fridge.
All Roasts arrive fresh and ready to be consumed within 2-3 days.
Our chefs take the highest care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals. However, they may still be present, as all of our products are produced in the same kitchen. Please check the dietary symbol on the website before purchase or just message us and we’ll be happy to answer any questions.
Only a few of our meals contain nuts. Any meal that contains nuts will be clearly described as “contains nuts” on our website.
Small Vac Bag
Defrost pouch overnight in the fridge. Immerse pouch in boiling water and simmer for approx 9 mins or until heated through.
Large Vac Bag
Defrost pouch overnight in the fridge. Immerse pouch in boiling water and simmer for approx 12 mins or until heated through.

Defrost meal in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 180C, remove lid and heat for approx. 15-20 mins or until warmed through.
