Office Catering FAQs

Deliveries are between 8.00am-5pm Monday to Friday. For deliveries outside these times please contact us on 9690 5831 or info@urbanfoodies.com.au

Minimum order is $200

Nominal delivery fee from $10 per order 

Delivery outside of our regular delivery window of 8.00am – 5:00pm – $55

If you are unable to meet the minimum spend, we will add on a surcharge to bring the total of the order up to the minimum spend required. Better just to order more delicious food.

Hot food will be delivered within a 15 minute window prior to your delivery time. Food that’s not served hot may arrive up to 1.5 hours before your nominated time. If you have specific delivery notes simply add them to your cart at checkout.

The shopping cart is open for ordering until 2pm the day prior. Your order is unconfirmed until you receive your order confirmation. If you need catering for the next day and you’ve missed the cut off, feel free to get in touch. 90% of our food comes in recyclable cardboard boxes and we use compostable biopak cups for our yoghurt pots and salads. Urban Foodies cares about the environment and we make sustainable choices with our packaging.

Items such as crockery, glassware and platters can be arranged at additional cost.  

Our online cart easily filters by dietary to make ordering for the whole team a breeze. If you have a more complex dietary requirement that’s not listed feel free to get in touch. Our chefs can easily provide something bespoke and delicious!

Our office catering operations run Monday to Friday for delivery from 8:00am to 5pm, if you have a big event on the weekend and require our office catering range. Get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.

We will always send napkins and the cutlery required to eat particular food. We don’t automatically send cutlery with sandwiches or finger food but we do have it available to add in if you think you need it. If you’re ordering single serve salads, we’ll make sure you have a fork to eat it with!

Amendments can be made up until 2pm the day prior, please either call us on 9690 5831 or email info@urbanfoodies.com.au along with your order number and changes, items with longer lead times cannot be cancelled at that time. If we’ve successfully made changes for you we’ll send you an updated order.


Cancellation under twenty four (business) hours of your scheduled delivery time incurs a 100% charge of your full catering order. On the last business day of the week the 24-hour cancellation window applies to next business day delivery.

If outside of twenty four hours, a minimum days notice required on specific items will be taken into consideration and a refund issued where applicable. For items with one days notice, cancellation outside of twenty four hours will incur a refund in full.
