Heat & Serving Instructions

Foil Tray Heating

Small Tray

Serves 2 – 4

Oven – Defrost meal in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 180C and heat for approx. 15-20 mins or until warmed through. Longer cook times if heating from frozen 

Large Tray

Serves 6

Oven  Defrost meal in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 180C and heat for approx. 3040 mins or until warmed through. Longer cook times if heating from frozen 

Vacuum Bag Heating

Small Bag

Serves 1 – 2

Stove – Defrost pouch overnight in the fridge. Immerse pouch in boiling water and simmer for approx 9 mins or until heated through (longer if frozen). Alternatively pour defrosted contents into pot and heat slowly. 

Large Bag

Serves 4 – 6

Stove – Defrost pouch overnight in the fridge. Immerse pouch in boiling water and simmer for approx 12 mins or until heated through (longer if frozen). Alternatively pour defrosted contents into pot and heat slowly.
